Waiver and Release - Read Carefully

I, the undersigned, being mindful of my own health and physical condition, am voluntarily participating in the Big Brothers Big Sister of Racine/Kenosha, Inc. “Tour de Vour” Bike Ride with full knowledge of the nature of the activity, and the physical skills and conditioning required for participation. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from the activities; and I do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Racine/Kenosha, Racine Cyclery, their officials, organizers, supervisors, course volunteers and participants to any claim and damage as a result of my participation in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Racine/Kenosha “Tour de Vour” Bike Ride.
